Serving path
Served from Cloudflare Pages. A watcher on my own hardware polls the Pages origin every minute; after three consecutive failures it repoints this domain at a read-only mirror running in my homelab, and moves it back after five successes. The record stays proxied throughout, so the edge protections hold during a failover. The mirror serves every page and post but accepts no writes — the contact form returns 503 while it is live. A Cloudflare-wide outage is not covered by this: the watcher's own API call would fail too.
